Terms of Service

Terms Not Yet Published

Tiny Desk AI's Terms of Service are still being prepared. This page is a status notice, not a finalized agreement. Purchases are not open.

Details Still to Be Confirmed

The operator and contact details, rules for photo permissions and generated content, service availability, pricing and credits, refunds, and compensation for confirmed generation failures still need to be confirmed before the terms can be published.

Photo and video retention rules and procedures for account or data requests also remain to be confirmed. This page does not promise account deletion controls, commercial usage rights, generation quality, or a refund entitlement.
